Create Your Own - Record a video walk through in your own time, then send us the video of you walking through your property and we can then evaluate it.

*We will email you a secure and private video link which you simply click on to and then you can show our Agent around your property via a live streamed video service as we ask relevant questions which will assist us with the property valuation.

Virtual Walk Through Viewing Appointments

Many people use Video Viewings to secure a property to buy or rent when they are unable to view it in person, however, in the current situation this process will become much more common. For some, we understand it will be the first time they have done this.

As with physical viewings, you may want to conduct further research before committing to a property and there are many useful tools available through our website including detailed descriptions, measurements, floorplans, council tax banding, maps and street view. Our team is of course always available to answer any additional queries that you may have.

Note for Purchasers - Once your offer to purchase is accepted and we have received all relevant proof of funding, a physical viewing and / or a professional survey can be arranged.

Note for Tenants - For tenants, a physical appointment can be arranged for your preferred property once your application has been approved and accepted by the landlord.
