Sales Negotiator

 

The Reward

Generous package + Uncapped commission scheme.
Support through NAEA qualifications.
Excellent long term career prospects.
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and alternate Saturdays 9am to 12 noon.

 

The Person

You will already be successfully working within a Negotiator capacity with at least 2 years' experience.
Possess a strong knowledge and passion for property, along with a good understanding of the local area.
Be commercially aware and understand your market.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Professional, confident and approachable.
A willingness to go the extra mile.
Good IT skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook & Internet Explorer.
A full UK driving license and access to your own car.

 

The Role

Working in the extremely successful and busy Sales Department.
Registering purchaser details, identifying requirements and discussing suitable properties.
Booking property valuations.
Negotiating property sales and liaising between purchasers and vendors.
Working closely with other Negotiators, sharing information to secure additional business.
Recommending the company’s other products, such as conveyancing, financial services & lettings.
Keeping a close eye on the local market, noticing any changes and identifying opportunities to generate new business.
Being part of an enthusiastic and driven team, working towards common goals.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent.

Lettings Negotiator 

 

The Reward

The Person

Experienced in the Lettings profession.
Thorough knowledge of the Lettings process.
Clear passion for property and a good knowledge of the local area.
Positive approach to customer service and client care.
Professional, confident and approachable.
Full UK driving license and access to your own car.

 

The Role

Registering new applicants, identifying requirements and discussing suitable properties.
Arranging and accompanying property viewings.
Negotiating rent terms and liaising between tenants and landlords.
Dealing with all Properly Management enquiries from both Landlords & Tenants.
Ensuring that lettings compliance and regulations are completed.
Identifying opportunities to generate new business.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent.
