Experienced Sales Negotiator

Peter Heron Estate Agents has been a leading force in the Sunderland property market for over 60 years. We are seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator to join our dynamic team in Sunderland. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the sales process, from generating leads to closing deals. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and guiding them through the sales journey with professionalism and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

· Proactively generate leads and secure new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and marketing strategies.

· Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to potential buyers, highlighting the unique selling points of each property.

· Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers, ensuring the best possible outcome for all parties involved.

· Manage a portfolio of properties, keeping clients updated on market trends, property values, and any relevant changes.

· Work closely with mortgage brokers, solicitors, and other professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.

· Provide exceptional customer service, handling inquiries promptly and efficiently, and resolving any issues or concerns raised by clients.


· Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator within the property industry is essential.

· Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

· A proactive and results-driven approach, with a passion for achieving targets and exceeding expectations.

· Knowledge of the local property market in Sunderland and surrounding areas.

· Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle.


· Starting salary of £27,500 per annum, plus commission.
