Home Information Packs
All residential properties put on the UK market now require a Home Information Pack (HIP). The HIP includes useful property information, standard searches, evidence of title and an Energy Performance Certificate.
Your HIP will be compiled in days so you can market your property within days.
Homefile
To save time while you are finding a buyer your conveyancer can prepare a free Homefile for you. This includes an official copy of your deeds, a draft contract, replies to standard enquiries and a fixtures and fittings list. This means that when you accept an offer on your home almost everything will be in place ready for you to exchange contracts. You could move 3 -4 weeks sooner!
